Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and Mokonzi Import Export Pty Ltd, trading as Mokonzi Group ("we"). By ordering a plan or using a lead-desk workspace you accept them. Questions: info@mokonzigroup.co.za.

The service

The lead desk searches public sources for businesses and people showing a need for what you sell, scores them, and drafts and sends outreach letters from the sender we set up for you, within your plan's daily limits. Results depend on your market and offer; we do not guarantee a number of leads, replies, meetings or sales.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance: by EFT (South Africa, ZAR) or by PayPal subscription (USD).
• Your workspace opens when the first payment clears. If a payment is not received within 7 days of its due date the workspace is paused until it is.
• Cancel any time by emailing us or cancelling your PayPal subscription; the service runs to the end of the paid month. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

Your responsibilities

• Only describe products and services you lawfully offer, and keep the claims in your letters true.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, misleading offers, regulated products without the required licences, or anything unlawful.
• Honour every opt-out. The desk suppresses opted-out addresses automatically; do not re-add them.
• You are responsible for your use of the leads and letters under the laws that apply to you, including POPIA, GDPR, CASL and CAN-SPAM.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data

Your business lines, leads and letters are yours. We process them only to run your workspace, as set out in our privacy policy. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

Suspension

We may pause a workspace that breaks these terms, harms sending reputation, or puts others at risk, and will tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
